Detox Water Ingredients:
– 1 gallon of filtered or bottled water
– 3-6 Apples
– 6 Cinnamon sticks
1. Boil your water then minimize the heat to simmer. (Do not do if you’re doing No-Boil method)
2. Slice your apples as thin as possible.
3. Mix in your apple slices and cinnamon sticks to the simmering water.
4. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
5. After 15 minutes, set it on one side to cool.
6. After it has cooled, pour it into a jar or bottle; add some slice inside to give it more flavour.
7. Let it cool some more by putting it inside the refrigerator.
8. Enjoy your detox water!
